The average cost of running the shelter to the basic level to keep the dogs fed, sheltered and with basic veterinary visits is over €3000 a month!
This does not include things such as repairing elements of the shelter, expanding to help house all the additional dogs that need our help, or any extreme vet bills, which are all too common an occurrence.

Fundraising
We welcome all forms of fundraising and have had many different ways in which people have helped support Elpida.
These have included a myriad of events such as quizzes, club nights, meet ups and sponsored runs.
We also have some regular contributors who donate to us from their proceeds of items they sell.

We hold monthly sponsorships of all our dogs here in Elpida and aim to keep you update to their current story and situation.
